1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:

- Canada
- Southeast Asia
If your location is not listed, please contact support@shopskintools.com to check availability.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Express Shipping: Available for select regions, with delivery in 2–5 business days.
- We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Skin Tools will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $400. For orders below, a flat rate of $15 applies.
- Express Shipping: Pricing calculated at checkout based on location.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at support@shopskintools.com within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact support@shopskintools.com for assistance.
8. We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit.
